Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with 188jl. The creation of multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited. 188jl will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held in those accounts.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 188jl account. This includes your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information required during the registration or KYC verification process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 188jl login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. 188jl will never ask you for your password via any channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Notify 188jl customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
188jl is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a UMID, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of payment method. 188jl reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.
188jl currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and selected over-the-counter cash-in partners. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit is PHP 100. The minimum withdrawal is PHP 200 or such other amount as may be specified in the 188jl cashier from time to time. Specific game categories may have higher minimum deposit requirements.
Withdrawal requests from verified 188jl accounts are typically processed within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya — within 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers — within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to additional verification requirements. 188jl reserves the right to conduct additional checks before approving any withdrawal.
All transactions on 188jl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 188jl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion services are offered on the Platform.
188jl is not responsible for any fees, charges, or penalties imposed by your payment provider if a deposit transaction is declined or reversed. If a deposit is credited to your 188jl account and subsequently reversed or charged back by your payment provider, 188jl reserves the right to deduct the relevant amount from your account balance, suspend your account, and pursue recovery of any deficit.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by 188jl are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. These specific terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, these general Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to your 188jl account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or circumvent the bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets across markets to guarantee a withdrawal-eligible balance, or any other form of bonus arbitrage — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 188jl reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings derived from such conduct and to permanently close any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
188jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotional campaigns will be honoured for bets placed before the effective date of any change.
All games offered on 188jl are governed by the specific rules published for each game within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game.
188jl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers via live video stream. All RNG systems are subject to independent auditing as required by PAGCOR. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to disconnection during a live game, server errors, or display errors — 188jl reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. 188jl shall not be liable for any losses alleged to result from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
Bets placed after the official "no more bets" signal or after the closure of a betting market are void. Results determined by live dealers or certified RNG software are final and binding.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 188jl Platform without the prior written consent of 188jl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 188jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
188jl's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your deposits during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
188jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
188jl collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 188jl handles all personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
188jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the jurisdiction of the Philippine courts. Players may also refer complaints regarding 188jl's regulated operations to PAGCOR using the official complaints procedure published on the PAGCOR website.
